Return of articles

To make use of your right of withdrawal (return), the user can contact us by phone or via email:

The user may return the items within 15 calendar days of receipt of the product, provided they have not been opened or used and retain - if any - the original seal or packaging. This condition does not apply to products that must be opened to check their usability (T-shirts). Items that can be reproduced immediately (audiovisual media) or that, due to their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly cannot be returned.

Once the article has been received, the Museo Picasso Malaga store will check its condition and will reimburse the amount using the same means of payment used.

The shipping costs derived from the return will be refunded to the user only when there is an error attributable to the store of the Museo Picasso Málaga.  In case of error or defect in the article, the Museo Picasso Málaga store undertakes to exchange the defective product for another or to refund the amount, after sending a photograph of the damaged product to the email address devoluciones@museopicassomalaga.org 

In all other cases, the return costs will be borne by the customer.

Cancellation of an order
The user may cancel an order as long as it has not reached the shipping stage. To do so, the user must contact the store by e-mail at devoluciones@museopicassomalaga.org 

Claiming an order
The user will be able to consult at any moment the state of his orders across the link that will receive in his e-mail once formalized the purchase. If you do not receive the shipment within the stipulated delivery time, you can contact us by email and we will make the claim to the carrier.
