Legado Paul, Christine and Bernard Ruiz-Picasso (non-profit entity that governs the MUSEO PICASSO MÁLAGA), is protected by the regulations on intellectual property. Hereinafter this foundation will be referred to as MUSEO PICASSO MÁLAGA.

B. The plastic works reproduced on this website are protected by copyright* legislation. Their total or partial reproduction is forbidden. The MUSEO PICASSO MÁLAGA is not responsible for the use of these images by third parties, and such third parties will be legally responsible for any illegitimate use of the images against the holders of the corresponding copyrights.

C. With the exception resulting from paragraph B above, the images, texts, graphics and data of all kinds, graphic or documentary design, conventional or electronic text files, photographic or video image, audio, software, and any other element contained or integrated in this website, are intellectual property of the MUSEO PICASSO MÁLAGA, and are protected by the rules on intellectual property, industrial property and, in general, by the provisions regulating property rights.
